• Handle delicate settings and fine chains with particular care.

CARING FOR DIAMOND JEWELLERY

Diamonds are exceptionally durable, but their settings and precious metals still require care.

If you notice a loose stone, damaged setting or other concern, stop wearing the piece and contact Tesha Jewels.

• Handling diamond jewellery by its metal setting rather than repeatedly touching the stone.
• Regularly checking for any movement or looseness in the setting.
• Avoiding wearing fine diamond jewellery during activities where it may be struck or damaged.

CLEANING YOUR JEWELLERY AT HOME

For suitable jewellery, gentle cleaning may help maintain its appearance.

Use lukewarm water, a small amount of mild soap and a very soft brush.

Clean gently, rinse carefully and dry using a soft, lint-free cloth.

Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals or rough materials.

Certain gemstones, finishes and jewellery constructions require specialist care. If you are uncertain, please contact us before cleaning your jewellery at home.

STORING YOUR JEWELLERY

• Store pieces separately where possible.
• Use a soft-lined jewellery box or pouch.
• Keep chains fastened to help reduce tangling.
• Avoid allowing diamonds and harder gemstones to rub against other jewellery.
• Store jewellery in a clean, dry environment.

PROFESSIONAL CARE BY TESHA — 3 Years · 6 Complimentary Care Services

Eligible Tesha Jewels jewellery receives up to six complimentary professional care services during the first three years from purchase — approximately one service every six months.

An eligible care service may include Professional Cleaning, Jewellery Inspection and Polishing, where appropriate.

This complimentary care programme is subject to the applicable aftercare terms and suitability of the jewellery.

SENDING YOUR JEWELLERY TO US

If you choose to send your jewellery to Tesha Jewels for routine complimentary care, the professional care service itself is complimentary.

However, secure postage, delivery and applicable insurance costs to and from Tesha Jewels are the customer's responsibility.

Please contact Client Services before sending any jewellery so that the appropriate instructions can be provided.

REPAIRS & DAMAGE

Our complimentary professional-care programme should not be understood as covering accidental damage, replacement stones or every repair.

If your jewellery requires repair, our team can inspect the piece and advise you of the available options and any applicable cost before chargeable work proceeds.

Issues potentially covered by the 5-Year Tesha Jewels Warranty will be assessed under the applicable warranty terms.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
