Ring Size Guide

Find Your Perfect Fit — how to measure your UK ring size before you order.

The right ring size should feel comfortable, secure and effortless to wear.

Our guide is designed to help you find your UK ring size before placing your Tesha Jewels order.

For engagement rings, valuable jewellery and bespoke pieces, we recommend professional finger measurement whenever possible.

Option 1 — Measure a Ring You Already Own

Choose a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.

Measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimetres, from one inside edge directly across to the opposite inside edge.

Do not include the thickness of the metal.

Compare your measurement with the Tesha Jewels UK Ring Size Chart below.

Option 2 — Measure Your Finger

Wrap a thin strip of paper or non-stretch material comfortably around the base of your finger.

Mark where the ends meet.

Measure the length in millimetres.

This gives you the approximate inside circumference required.

Compare this measurement with our size chart.

For important or higher-value purchases, this method should be treated only as a guide and professional sizing is recommended.

Measurements are intended as a sizing guide. Small differences may occur between sizing systems, ring styles and measuring methods.

Measure at the Right Time

Finger size can change throughout the day.

For a more representative measurement, measure when your hands are at a comfortable, normal temperature.

Avoid Measuring Very Cold Fingers

Cold temperatures can temporarily make fingers smaller.

Consider the Ring Design

Wider bands can feel tighter than finer bands.

Depending on the design, a slightly different size may provide a more comfortable fit.

Measure the Correct Finger

The same finger on your left and right hands may not be exactly the same size.

Always measure the finger on which you intend to wear the ring.

Between Two Sizes?

If your measurement falls between two sizes, please contact our Client Services team before ordering.

ENGAGEMENT & SURPRISE RINGS

Planning a surprise?

If possible, discreetly borrow a ring that your recipient already wears comfortably on the correct finger and measure its internal diameter.

Our Client Services team can help you interpret the measurement before you place your order.

BESPOKE & HIGH-VALUE JEWELLERY

For bespoke pieces and significant jewellery purchases, accurate sizing is particularly important.

Where available, clients considering jewellery above £500 may later be able to use our private consultation service.
